We, at Growthpep, are looking for a **Performance Marketing Associate** to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a full-time role and is based out of **Mumbai**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and execution of campaigns on paid-media channel as per requirement of our clients
- Post-campaign evaluation/reporting
- Regular optimization of campaigns according to performance
- Resolution of technical issues on channels handled
- Planning and executing digital strategies of the respective brand
- Data Analysis
- Understanding of targeting & campaigns setup on Facebook & Google Ads

**Requirements**:

- They must have good working knowledge of E-commerce and/or D2C business models
- They must be competent at reading and analyzing data on Google Analytics
- We are looking for smart proactive individuals, who are also self-starters

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
