About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to manage and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp Marketing, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget management for paid campaigns.
  • Optimize ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and overall performance.
  • Set up and execute Email Marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, and Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), or similar platforms.
  • Manage WhatsApp Marketing campaigns and automation using tools such as Aisensy, DoubleTick, and WATI for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all platforms using analytics tools.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and SEM.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEM / Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience running successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Email Marketing and WhatsApp Marketing tools and automation (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and related tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing will be a plus.
  • Specialization in Paid Ads (Google, Meta, or other platforms) is highly preferred.
