So, what will you actually be doing?

As our Performance Marketing Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our digital outreach. You'll be the person who helps seekers and devotees find us online. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful:

• Own the Ad Game:
   You'll strategize, execute, and manage our paid campaigns from start to finish across Google Ads (Search, P-Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Be a Creative Partner:
   You'll team up with our creative folks to brainstorm and develop ad copy and visuals that are respectful, authentic, and truly connect with our audience. You'll help us tell our story in a compelling way.
• Dive into the Data:
   You'll live in the analytics, tracking what works and what doesn't. Your insights will help us make smarter decisions, optimize our budgets, and better understand our devotees' journeys.
• Experiment and Grow:
   We love new ideas You'll have the freedom to test new channels, explore growth hacks, and find innovative ways to reach new audiences who are looking for a genuine spiritual connection.

• You're an Experienced Pro:
   You have upto 5 years of solid, hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns and are comfortable with the tools of the trade (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4).
• You're a Master Collaborator:
   You're a great communicator who enjoys working not just with our internal team, but is also adept at managing and directing partner agencies to get things done effectively.
• You're a Curious Soul:
   You have an adventurous spirit and aren't afraid to explore uncharted territories. You're excited by the challenge of finding new, creative ways to achieve our mission.
• You're Both Creative and Analytical:
   You can look at a spreadsheet and see a story, but you can also write a line of ad copy that gives someone goosebumps.
• You Feel the Mission:
   This is the most important part. You have a personal connection to spirituality. A deep reverence for and knowledge of the Ramayana, Lord Ram, and Lord Hanuman will be your guiding star, allowing you to communicate with authenticity and heart.
