**Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Should also have experience with troubleshooting and issue resolution principles, methodologies and techniques.
- LAN Routing and Switching design, configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Subnetting, 802.1Q trunks).
- Manages user accounts and assets and assigns and updates security permissions on the network according to security policy.
- Helps develop, document, communicate, and enforce a network technology policy.
- Is responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices, and firewalls.
- Is responsible for monitoring system performance, IT system operations and storage utilization.
- Exposure to scripting language/tools such as PowerShell, Puppet, Docker or equivalent.
- Awareness of commercial impact of decisions and solutions should be experienced within a Managed Services/Consultancy environment.
- Microsoft Certification in Windows Server, Azure Cloud and Microsoft 365.
- ITIL, Prince2 or equivalent IT project management / change management certification desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrable stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Experience of migrating accounts from an old tenant, to a new one.
- Experience of working in a back-end environment.
- Support the IT security setup for the Microsoft 365 IT estate.
- Responsible for the security and implementation of SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Identify and manage all risks and vulnerabilities within the Microsoft 365 and Azure Active directory.
- Assist with the delivery of audit responses from an IT and Transition perspective.
- Maintain All IT assets and make sure all software is up to date and working.
- Escalate Hardware related Issues.
- Maintain Domain and new domain registrations in line with company policy.
- Evaluate and maintain a companywide backup solution for all IT assets.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Excellent IT skills.
- Highly proficient in all design aspects.
- Solid understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
- A pro-active, positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently.
- Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues including back bone infrastructure issues.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Positive, self-motivated individual who can complete tasks independently.
- Must be a team player.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

- Day shift

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- 5 years IT Administrator (required)

License/Certification:

- Microsoft Certification(Windows Server, Azure Cloud) (required)
