Job Type: CONTRACT Role: Open Text - Administration Experience: 4+ Years Work Location: Mumbai or Bengaluru / Pune Payroll on : People Prime World Wide Notice : 0 to 15 days Job description: Mandatory Skills : Open Text Archive Server Open Text Content Server Optional Good to Have Skills Red Hat Linux Administrator Windows Server Skill Cluster name : Open Text Administration Job Description Open Text Archive Server Support for Open Text Administration for entire landscape ENV Refresh from Production to other ENV Dev Stage and Test Open Text Archive Centre Experience in upgrade project and post upgrade activities is must Experience with designing archive server architectures for various archiving scenarios including setting up disaster recovery mechanisms HA multitier storage cache server etc Execute enterprise data archiving strategy by working with IT Support staff Business staff Legal Tax and IRM groups for structured and unstructured data Thorough understanding of Archive Link interface and integration SAP Data Archiving Integration of Content Management Systems CMS examples of which are Open Text SAP CMS Conduct testing for both release cycles and disaster recovery test cycles Setting up and management of file storage and support for archive configuration storage management Perform periodic status review of archive objects and address open issues Perform periodic SAP table size review to ID potential archive needs Request and make configuration changes in SAP and Open Text Archive Server to meet archive object setup and changes Support creation of a Data Archiving dashboard Monitor System performance and implement correction notes as applicable
