**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Respond to general inquiries, forward relevant messages, and filter out spam.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all correspondence.
**2. Document Management**
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems for easy document retrieval.
- Update and manage shared documents, reports, and other files.
- Assist in creating, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure documents are accurately labeled, stored, and accessible as per company standards.
**3. Research & Data (R&D) Support**
- Conduct internet research on topics relevant to the company’s projects and goals.
- Compile and analyze data for reports, presentations, and decision-making.
- Summarize research findings and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in tracking and documenting industry trends and updates.
**4. Administrative Support**
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain the team’s shared calendar.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Forms filled out and follow up on the job assignment
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with document management software and CRM systems (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
**Working Hours**:
Time: 7.00 pm to 5.00 am (IST)
Pay: ₹9,897.46 - ₹22,915.96 per month
Schedule:
- Night shift
