**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Perform order picking tasks using RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in heavy lifting tasks as required, ensuring safe handling of materials at all times.
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory levels and order fulfillment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is required; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, and other materials handling equipment.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and shipping & receiving operations.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices related to heavy equipment operation.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
