**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Installation & Commissioning**:

- Install new elevators, escalators, and moving walkways as per company and industry standards.
- Perform wiring, control panel setup, and alignment of mechanical and electrical components.
- Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure safe and smooth operation.

**Maintenance & Repairs**:

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to keep lifts in optimal condition.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
- Replace defective parts and upgrade systems when necessary.
- Respond to emergency breakdown calls and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and adhere to safety procedures while working at heights or confined spaces.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.

**Customer Service & Documentation**:

- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and maintenance schedules.
- Provide guidance to customers on proper lift usage and safety measures.
- Maintain service reports and document completed work for company records.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2+ years in elevator installation, maintenance, or repair.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems related to lifts.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
