**Hoist Operator Job Duties**

Hoist operators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

- Making sure that all safety requirements are followed during each lift
- Coordinating with other workers to prepare the site for a lift, including marking reference points on the floor
- Inspecting the rigging and lifting equipment before each lift to ensure that it is in good working order
- Inspecting the load to be lifted for defects or irregularities that may pose a danger to personnel
- Operating the hoist machinery to lift materials such as steel beams, pipes, or machinery components
- Positioning the load vertically using hoist controls and maintaining proper load alignment during lifting
- Monitoring load weight, height, angle, and position during lifting operations to ensure safety
- Communicating with other workers on site to coordinate lifting operations and resolve any issues that arise during lifting operations
- Operating load cells to measure load weight during lifting operations

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
