**ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Monitoring**
- Monitor on-site progress against the contractor’s program, identify and resolve issues, and update the master program accordingly.
- Develop micro-programs to evaluate project planning and address short-term challenges.
- Review contractor-prepared construction programs to ensure alignment with the master program and contractual obligations; recommend amendments when needed.
- Prepare milestone schedules, master construction programs, and detailed micro plans for each project phase and package.

**Project Meetings & Coordination**
- Attend and contribute to project meetings (site, planning, design, and coordination), held weekly or fortnightly.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

**Monitoring & Reporting**
- Monitor variations and establish variation control and site instruction issue procedures.
- Track project schedules weekly, identify potential slippages, and implement recovery plans.
- Provide monthly reports to clients on project status, including design, construction progress, quality, cost, and budget controls, along with constraints and recommendations.
- Analyze the impact of changes on project costs and assist in managing budget adjustments.
- Prepare detailed monthly project cost reports, including Earned Value Management System (EVMS) updates.

**Quality & Compliance**
- Aid in developing accurate technical specifications and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of proven experience in project planning, preferably within the real estate industry.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and/or Primavera P6.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
