**Job Title**:Turnaround Planner**

**Job Summary**:
The Turnaround Planner is a key member of the Maintenance and Turnaround organization within Chevron's ENGINE Center. This role provides turnaround and maintenance planning support for Chevron’s Refining and Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) assets. The planner will be responsible for developing detailed job plans, accurate resource estimates, and fully integrated work plans for multiple concurrent facility turnarounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop job estimates and detailed work plans for turnaround projects.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability teams to ensure proper scope development.
- Validate turnaround scope completeness and assist in scope submissions for final evaluation.
- Ensure scope plans are accurately detailed in scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera).
- Work with Procurement to order and track long-lead materials for turnaround and capital projects.
- Develop plot plans and assist in scope plotting density.
- Coordinate with operating facilities and contractors to align turnaround schedules.
- Analyze schedule data and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Document lessons learned from all turnaround planning phases.
- Utilize and provide feedback on digital tools for turnaround planning.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of field experience in maintenance turnaround execution for complex process facilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant Maintenance discipline.
- Proficiency in turnaround planning, scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera), and cost estimation.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills across multi-disciplinary teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
