**Client Servicing Executive -Mumbai (1-2 Yrs Exp)

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, digital, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects according to client requirements.
- Assist in creating client presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's services and stay informed about industry trends.
- Support in managing client accounts, monitoring project timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and documentation.Troubleshoot any project issues and provide resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or a similar role (internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Passion for advertising and marketing with a customer-focused mindset.
