Bhasha Bharati Arts Translation Services, a leading provider of high-quality translation services, has been successfully operating in Mumbai for over 50 years. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales support Executive to join our team and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Quote and Proposal Management**:

- Prepare sales quotations and proposals accurately and efficiently.
- Track and follow up on submitted quotes to ensure timely responses.

**2. Client Communication**:

- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.

**3. Sales Administration**:

- Manage and organize sales-related documentation and maintain records.
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Generate sales reports and provide data analysis as needed.
- Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks.

**4. Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials.

**5. Market and Industry Knowledge**:

- Develop an understanding of the company's translation services and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of the Translation industry is a plus.
