**Job Title**: Business Development Manager - International

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads across different regions and industries.
- Develop tailored outreach strategies for each market segment to increase conversion rates.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, demos, and virtual meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Track outreach metrics, analyze performance, and optimize communication strategies.
- Stay up to date with international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in international business development or outbound sales.
- Proven success in **cold calling**, lead generation, and LinkedIn-based outreach.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a target-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
