**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (IT Sales)
**Location**: Mohali
**Experience**: 2 to 5 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify new business opportunities in the international market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as BDM/Business Development Executive in IT Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
