**Job details**:

- Designation**:BDM (Sea Freight)**:

- Experience: 1-3 yrs (In drayage only)
- Education: +2, Diploma, Graduation or PG preferred
- Job location: Phase 8B Industrial area, Mohali
- Salary: 25-30k (In-hand) + Incentives
- Full-time, Work from Office, US shifts, 5 Days working
- US Shift timings: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am (Night Shifts)
- No holidays during probation (3 months)
- Pick-up and drop-off available

**Mandatory skills**:

- Fluent English speaking skills
- Hands on experience of MS Word and Excel
- Must have experience in Drayage (US Logistics)
- Must be passionate about sea freight (US logistics).
- Good confidence and convincing skills with a learning attitude.
- Ability to sell anything and to deal with the CEOs, CXOs, VPs, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To deal with various US logistics companies and sell them a worldwide and one-stop solution (software) for their drayage requirements.
- To deal with the CEOs, CXOs, and VPs of the various US logistics companies very confidentially on telephonic and in-person meetings.
- To close the deal with the various US logistics companies after in-person meetings with their higher authorities and help the brand to grow with white labeling.
- Presentable to give the presentations to the International companies' higher authorities, such as CEOs, CXOs, VPs, cofounders, etc.
- Must be comfortable speaking in excellent English with great speaking ability, convincing skills, politeness, and patience.
- To help the brand with the growth and onboarding of new clients with a long-term association vision to get more incentives in USD.
