**Job Description - Administration Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up on client payments, orders, and pending sales calls.
- Attend and manage incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Run errands as needed for business operations.
- Be tech-savvy and proficient in using computers and the internet for research, documentation, and communication.
- Bring fresh ideas for improving workflow and efficiency.
- Assist in day-to-day office management and coordination between departments.

**Requirements**:

- Young, energetic, and proactive individual with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under mínimal supervision.
- Prior experience in administrative roles is a plus but not mandatory.
