**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workplace with smooth office logistics.
- Manage office documentation, records, and correspondence efficiently.
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for office.
- Handle employee records, attendance tracking, and basic HR administration.
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining HR compliance.
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies and office procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate IT and office equipment needs, troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with basic financial administration.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in office administration and HR support roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
