Responsibilities
- **Calendar management** for Managing Director
- **Aid executive in preparing for meetings** (meeting scheduling, taking notes, minutes of the meeting).
- **Submit requests for reimbursements** for travel, meal, hotel, and other expenses.
- Maintain records such as personnel, project, and other files.
- Worked as an **Admin Coordinator**.
- **Maintain travel itineraries** and manage expense reimbursement process to ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Responsible for gathering all business **process analyst reports** and creating a summary report for management.
- **Maintaining database**, organizing & keeping a track of the team logistics, Inter
- communications within the different departments for coordination.
- **Vendors management and payment schedule.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree** is the minimum requirement.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- **Minimum 2 years experience** in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills (**English is a must**)
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.

Office Location: Rohini, Sector 11 (Rithala Metro station), Delhi

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
