Position: Customer Support (Inbound/Outbound) - Social Media & Campaign Management

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹35,000/month

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer interactions related to digital marketing campaigns. Your core responsibilities include:
Customer Support & Lead Handling:
Handle inbound queries from clients and prospects related to digital marketing campaigns.

Assist clients with queries related to social media, paid campaigns, and online brand presence.

Campaign & Data Coordination:
Work closely with the campaign management team to track and update leads/data.

Support in processing and managing customer data related to channel marketing, ORM, Meta campaigns, Google Ads, Taboola, blog, and PR marketing.

Document client interactions and maintain CRM records.

Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Monitor social media comments, reviews, and feedback to provide quick resolutions.

Escalate critical issues to the relevant teams.

Reporting & Analysis:
Maintain and update reports on customer interactions, lead conversions, and support tickets.

Share insights with the marketing team to optimize customer engagement strategies.

Who Can Apply?

✔ 1-3 years of experience in customer support, telecalling, inbound/outbound sales, or digital marketing.

✔ Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

✔ Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, and online advertising.

✔ Ability to handle customer queries professionally and provide solutions.

✔ Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
