We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a **Customer Support Representative**. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers across multiple communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to their concerns and inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to products or services, ensuring a positive experience.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and document customer feedback to help enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- **Escalation**: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborate with team members to share best practices and continuously improve the customer experience.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure timely follow-ups with customers on unresolved cases to guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

- Good problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
