
Customer Support Representative Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service and develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management. As an intern, you will assist the Customer Support team in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Issue Resolution**: Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and providing timely solutions.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- **Support Team**: Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experience.
- **Learning & Development**: Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Additional Tasks**: Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed to support the Customer Support team.
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A passion for helping people and providing an excellent customer experience.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Basic understanding of CRM systems and familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- **Team Player**: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
