**Position Overview**: As a Customer Support Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in customer support. Training will be provided to help you develop the skills needed to excel in this role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our products/services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address complex issues or escalate as needed.
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of our products/services through training and feedback.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not necessary.
