It is a night shift job role
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, billing questions, and technical support issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, aiming to achieve a positive outcome for both the customer and the company.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support, to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management to enhance customer service operations.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and upsell additional products or services when appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality guidelines, while handling customer information and resolving issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or support center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to remain calm and composed when handling challenging situations and irate customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.
