**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the main point of contact for our clients — helping them choose the right outfit, answering queries, and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
- Work closely with the design and production teams to track orders, update timelines, and ensure smooth deliveries.
- Handle client escalations calmly and professionally, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
- Provide styling suggestions and guide customers on what works best for them (training will be provided if needed).
- Gather feedback and insights to help us improve our products and services.

**What You’ll Need**:
