Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, providing treatment information, and supporting conversions through follow-ups. This role also involves guiding junior telecallers and ensuring smooth communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain hair and skincare services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about treatments and procedures.
- Follow up with leads and encourage consultation bookings.
- Maintain and update client records, follow-up schedules, and feedback.
- Work closely with the front desk, doctors, and counselors to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide support and guidance to junior telecallers and ensure adherence to call quality standards.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call volume and conversions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetic industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong persuasive skills and customer-focused mindset.Fluency in English and the local language is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹13, ₹25,000.00 per month
