Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a fresher, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- **Skills and Qualifications**:
- Language Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and CRM tools preferred).
- Good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Educational Qualification:
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (or equivalent). College graduates are also welcome.
