**Location**: Mohali, Punjab

**Shift**:US Shift

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Week Offs**:

- 2 days fixed Week Offs during Winter
- 1 day fixed Week Off during Summer due to high demand (As per US Calendar and business requirements)

**Shift Timing**:

- US Shift
- During Winter: 8 AM to 5 PM CST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)
- During Summer: 7 AM to 5 PM CST (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) (As per US Time Zone, depending upon business requirements and Daylight Saving)

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers and make outbound calls to prospects as required.
- CRM Management: Utilize the Service Titan CRM platform for ticket management, including creating and resolving tickets related to customer inquiries and escalations.
- Appointment Booking: Efficiently schedule service calls based on incoming inquiries and customer needs.
- Ticket Resolution: Work diligently to resolve customer tickets promptly and professionally.
- Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls with customers, especially on estimates, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Quick Learning: Be a quick learner, especially in understanding the mechanical components of HVAC systems used in the U.S.
- Language Skills: Maintain a neutral accent in English communication.

**Qualification**:

- 3-6 years of experience as Customer Service Representative
- Proficiency in using the Service Titan CRM platform (training will be provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and understand HVAC systems and components.
- Previous call center experience preferred.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:
