We are seeking a highly qualified customer representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales representatives and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the team
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Keep record of sales trends

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a support specialist or support associate
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- If experienced in "Roku ", it will be great.
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Teamwork and motivational skills
- BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in relevant field a plus

**Salary**: ₹15000 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
