**Summary**:We are seeking a passionate **Customer Support Representative (CSR)**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing backend office work (Overseas Companies) To ensure success as an insurance customer service representative, you should have a friendly and professional demeanour, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, a top-class insurance customer sales representative is friendly and efficient when handling complaints or providing policy information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage large books of business for commercial lines and personal lines insurance clients
- Evaluate carrier relationships, commercial insurance products, and market placement
- Provide quality and timely service to customers and clients
- Work in a variety of Agency Management Systems to complete tasks
- Lead day-to-day customer interactions
- Gather information about client needs and insurance solutions
- Learning and understanding company insurance products
- Ability to learn new software with time
- Ability to understand and work on virtual desktop systems.

**Requirements**:
1. Ms Excel (Advance Level) is mandatory.
2. Hands-on experience with MS- Office.

**Optional Software**:TAM (The Agency Manager)

**2. Night Shift**:From 6 PM - 2:30 AM / 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM

**SALARY AND PERKS**

**1. Salary: INR 15k - 17k in hand**
**2. PERKS**:

- Cab Facility to accommodate nighttime travel
- Dinner is provided in-house free of charge
- Weekends Off

**NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹216,000.00 - ₹242,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
