**Job Summary**

Our user-centric-design driven team is looking for an executive who can be at service to our customer. The After-Sales executive role is a responsibility of ensuring the challenges faced by our customer in their daily life gets resolved promptly.

**Job Responsibility**
- Mail / Call / WhatsApp log for all the incoming customer issues
- Liaise with after-sales team to get standard solution to the problem and update customer with the same
- Detailed understanding of issue from the customer
- Issue Identification, validation and resolution selection from standard solutions.
- Issue resolution scheduling within the after-sales team
- Shipment Booking and Tracking
- Daily issue closure and reporting to management on daily

**Expected Skills**
- Computer Knowledge - Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in English Speaking / Writing / Reading

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree / Computer Diploma

**Start Date**
- 25 September 2024

**Location & Timings**:

- Kadirvedu, Chennai - 600066
- Office Hours : 9:30 to 6 PM
- Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- English (preferred)
