An Automobile Sales Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales and post-sales process. This role involves interacting with customers, resolving issues, and building relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Interaction**: Greeting customers, understanding their needs, and assisting them in selecting vehicles or services.
- **Issue Resolution**: Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Follow-up**: Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase issues.
- **Relationship Building**: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to build loyalty and repeat business.
- **Reporting**: Tracking customer satisfaction metrics and generating reports.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for improvement in customer service processes.
- **Appointment Management**: Scheduling and managing appointments for test drives, service visits, and other customer needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
