**Sales Executive - Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**: Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social selling, and referrals to build a qualified pipeline.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with both potential and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- **Product Presentation and Demonstration**: Preparing and delivering tailored presentations or product demonstrations to showcase how the product or service solves the client's specific needs.
- **Negotiation and Closing Deals**: Negotiating prices, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine sales strategies and provide valuable feedback to internal teams (e.g., marketing and product development).
- **Sales Administration and Reporting**: Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Sales CRM ) and generating regular reports for management.
- **After-Sales Support**: Providing initial after-sales support and coordinating with customer service or technical teams to resolve any issues and ensure a seamless client experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
