Job Title: Sales Executive - General Trade
Location: Tamilnadu
Reports To: Sales Officer
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive - General Trade will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new customers in the General Trade segment. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a thorough understanding of the market, and the ability to drive sales through effective strategies and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement:
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers and distributors
Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Planning:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales.
Sales Operations:
Plan and execute sales visits to potential and existing customers as per the scheduled route plan.
Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products in the outlets.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure timely product delivery.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, expense reports, and other required documentation.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Promotional Activities:
Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and events to promote products and increase brand visibility.
Execute trade promotions and campaigns to drive sales and enhance market presence.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
