**Position Overview**: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Identify and understand customer requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events as required.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
