**About Emilda Solutions**

We’re a fast-moving digital agency building websites, apps, and marketing campaigns for health, wellness, and service brands. With strong leads in hand and a stellar delivery team, we now need a Sales Executive who can close deals in person and over the phone.

**Why This Role Exists**

We have a pipeline of warm leads—and we want someone who can convert them (and selectively cold-call within our target segment) into new clients.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Drive Sales with Focused Outreach**:

- Reach out to a **predefined list of warm leads** (e.g. dermatologists)
- **Conduct targeted cold calls** to other professionals in our focus industry (dermatology)
- Meet clients at their location, uncover needs, and pitch tailored solutions
- Close deals and hand off requirements to our delivery team
- **Client Engagement & Follow-Up**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships through timely follow-up
- Keep prospects updated on proposals, timelines, and next steps
- **Reporting & CRM Management**:

- Log all calls, meetings, and deals in our CRM
- Provide a weekly sales report with pipeline status and key wins

**What You Bring**
- 1+ year of B2B sales experience (digital/tech/services)
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
- Excellent verbal & written English (Tamil a plus)
- Comfortable with in-person meetings and cold calling
- Willingness to travel (travel allowance applies beyond a 20 km radius)
