**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market reach.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Hosur and Krishnagiri areas.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings or presentations to showcase products or services.
- **Sales Execution**:

- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any issues promptly.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of the company’s products or services.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets (2+ years preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
