**Job Title**: Sales Support Executive

**Location**: Hosur
**Department**: Sales / Customer Support
**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team in daily operations, documentation, and customer coordination.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, data sheets, and marketing materials.
- Follow up with customers for payments, order confirmations, and feedback.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer support (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented approach and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Work Environment**:

- Indoor office-based role (no field work).
- Standard office hours (may vary based on business needs--89-2-58-71-3-22--
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
