Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Respond to incoming leads on WhatsApp, qualify prospects, and manage lead interactions.
- Nurture leads via phone calls, answer questions, and remind them to place orders.
- Maintain and update MQLs and SQLs in a tracking sheet or CRM system.
- Identify and document effective sales playbooks, strategies, and tactics that convert leads into customers.
- Monitor the sales funnel and visualize lead progression, helping optimize the conversion process.
- Provide detailed reporting on lead status, conversion rates, and other sales metrics.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing necessary information and follow-up.
- Act as a point of contact between potential customers and the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a presales or sales support role, preferably in D2C or similar industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organizational skills to manage lead tracking, reporting, and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and sales funnel visualization.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple leads at various stages of the funnel simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude toward improving lead qualification and conversion processes.
