**About the Role**

The Service Delivery (Cybersecurity) is a pivotal team in making the first impression on our customers who have signed up for SafeAeon service. A key aspect of this role is the need for regular and effective communication with clients, ensuring they are kept informed and engaged with the services provided. It requires a balance of technical expertise in Cybersecurity and outstanding interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. We seek motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious individuals eager to drive success for themselves, the service delivery team, and the company. 

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a detailed project plan aligned towards the signup services and ensure timely delivery of service.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the SOC services provided to clients.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality security services to clients by service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Do a daily scrum call with the internal team and align the task per the requirement.
- Keep the WBS/project plan updated per the scrum call meeting minutes.
- Register the issues with the Quality team regarding the customer onboarding & delivery of a service.
- Enforce the Proactive approach to identify the detection & remediation of issues in service before they happen.

**Qualifications**
- Educational Background: MTech/ME (Computer Science/Cybersecurity/Information Security).
- Proficiency in communication skills and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with working in night shifts.
