**Responsibilities**:
**GeM Portal Management**:

- Update product/service catalogues on the GeM portal, including deletion or updating of new product specifications and prices.

**Tender Document Preparation**:

- Prepare all tender documents according to the specific formats required for bid submissions on GeM and other E-Procurement Portals.
- Submit documents within stipulated time limits, adhering to procurement guidelines and regulations.

**Bid Submission Expertise**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in various bid submission methods such as Bunch Bid, Reverse Bid, Custom Bid, and Normal Bid.
- Navigate both online and offline tender filling processes efficiently.

**Coordination and Progress Tracking**:

- Coordinate with relevant officials throughout the tender process, documenting progress and ensuring all requirements are met.
- Handle a high volume of customer enquiries received through the GeM portal, acting as the primary point of contact for government agencies and organizational personnel.

**Stakeholder Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain contacts with relevant government departments and authorities to maximize business opportunities.
- Address and resolve GeM queries from clients in a timely and professional manner.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other staff members to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations and address any arising issues effectively.

**OEM Coordination**:

- Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) on behalf of the organization to facilitate smooth operations and optimize opportunities.

**Opportunity Identification and Reporting**:

- Discuss potential opportunities with the management team and provide insights for decision-making.
- Maintain daily MIS reporting documentation and issue authorizations and product approvals to partners as necessary.

**Project Execution and Reporting**:

- Update project execution status on a daily basis and report to the Head of Department (HOD) to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals in a professional manner and according to agreed timeframes.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information to enhance visibility and attract potential buyers

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
