The Tender Executive is responsible for preparing and submitting tender proposals, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and managing the end-to-end process of bidding. The role involves a combination of administrative, analytical, and communication skills to secure successful project bids.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tender Identification and Preparation**:

- Identify and track tender opportunities through portals, websites, and other sources.
- Study and analyze tender documents, specifications, and requirements.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per the tender requirements.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs for tender submissions.
- Coordinate with external vendors or consultants, if required, for technical or legal assistance.
- **Documentation and Submission**:

- Ensure all required documents are prepared, verified, and submitted on time.
- Maintain a database of all submitted tenders and related documentation.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure all tender requirements are met, including financial and legal compliance.
- Prepare reports on tender results, feedback, and post-tender analysis.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Maintain effective communication with clients for clarifications and follow-ups.
- Handle queries and provide necessary documentation during the negotiation phase.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct research to understand market trends, competition, and client needs related to tenders.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience in tender preparation and submission.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes and legal requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
- Familiarity with e-tendering portals and online submission processes.
- Experience in **GEM Portal & min. 1-2 yr experience in Tendering**:

- Knowledge of government tendering processes and regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
