**Role Overview**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Tender Executive** with 3-5 years of experience in tender management to handle bid preparation, submission, and compliance with e-procurement processes. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely tender documentation, particularly on government platforms like GEM Portal.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Tender Management**:

- Handle buyer-side operations and updates on the GEM Portal.
- Search, prepare, and submit technical and financial bids on e-procurement platforms, including GEM and IREPS.
- Manage the entire bidding cycle, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Respond to tender queries and prepare supporting documentation.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain standardized tender submissions to align with customer requirements.
- Upload invoices and update delivery details on the GEM Portal and internal databases.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports for management review.
- **Portal and Data Management**:

- Update product/service details, manage offer prices, and conduct market research on GEM Portal.
- Ensure effective incident management and compliance with platform guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams to gather data for bid preparation and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in GEM Portal and e-procurement platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of tender documentation, evaluation, and government bidding processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.
