**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and submit government tenders, ensuring full compliance with all terms, conditions, and specifications.
- Manage complete tender documentation, including pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and financial proposals.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather all required information for tender submissions.
- Monitor and track ongoing tenders, ensuring timely and accurate submission of all documents.
- Manage government and railway-related tender processes from start to finish, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Use **RITES** and **GEM** portals for the submission of tenders and document management.
- Liaise with government agencies, railway authorities, and other stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all tender documents before submission.
- Maintain detailed records of tender submissions, awards, and contracts.
- Assist in the negotiation and finalization of contracts once tenders are awarded.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in tendering, with a focus on government and railway projects.
- Strong experience in preparing tender documentation, including technical and financial bids.
- Proficient in using **RITES** and **GEM** portals for online tender submission (mandatory).
- Comprehensive understanding of the government and railway tendering process.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, clients, and government authorities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with government and railway-specific regulations and requirements.

Pay: ₹9,964.06 - ₹32,926.04 per month
