As the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing), you will take ownership of performance campaigns across a variety of platforms, develop innovative strategies, and deliver measurable outcomes in line with business goals.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Lead the development and execution of performance marketing strategies that align with company objectives, driving growth and brand awareness.
- Create scalable and cost-efficient acquisition strategies across paid media channels like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Monitor and analyze performance data across campaigns, continuously optimizing for performance improvements, including bids, creatives, and landing pages.
- Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Track, report, and analyze campaign budgets, performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and other key indicators to inform ongoing strategy.
- Leverage data analytics to make informed marketing decisions, adjust strategies, and optimize performance.
- Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Oversee the integration of performance marketing efforts across all digital channels to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Work closely with the content, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across campaigns.
- Focus on lead generation and customer acquisition, particularly for online courses or educational programs.
- Optimize the marketing funnel to drive higher conversion rates, improve retention, and maximize the lifetime value of customers.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, IT, and sales) to ensure that all marketing campaigns are aligned with the broader company strategy.
- Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, performance marketing tools, and industry best practices.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for growth, including emerging platforms and technologies.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, making data-driven recommendations for improving performance.
- Use dashboards and advanced reporting tools to track KPIs and communicate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that all performance marketing activities comply with industry standards, privacy regulations, and platform-specific policies.
- Keep up to date with developments in the EdTech space, particularly how marketing can address student needs and behavior.
**Skills and Qualifications required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 6-8 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role, ideally within the EdTech industry.
- Expertise in managing performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimizing for ROI.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation, conversion rate optimization, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering on financial and performance targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per year
