**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain company profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, traffic, and brand awareness.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write and curate high-quality content, including captions, blogs, articles, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone and voice.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Provide regular reports on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and growth.
- **Trend Analysis**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and incorporate them into strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing new marketing initiatives.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent content writing and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and how it integrates with social media.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven work experience in managing social media platforms and creating content.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
