**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Marketing (Organic) & Meta Ads**:

- Develop and execute **organic social media strategies** across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and manage **paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)** to increase reach, conversions, and brand engagement.
- Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, infographics) tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.

**2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Google Analytics**:

- Implement **on-page and off-page SEO strategies** to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct **keyword research, backlinking, and technical SEO improvements** to enhance website visibility.
- Utilize **Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools** to track, analyze, and optimize traffic and engagement.
- Develop actionable insights from data to improve website performance and user experience.

**3. Promotions & Lead Generation**:

- Develop and execute **targeted promotional campaigns** to attract and convert potential customers.
- Optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion funnels to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

**4. Strategy & Planning**:

- Design and implement **comprehensive marketing strategies** aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and develop customer personas for tailored marketing efforts.
- Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report on campaign performance with data-driven insights.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **5 years of experience** in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)**.
- Strong experience in **organic and paid social media campaigns**.
- Expertise in content marketing, brand positioning, and performance marketing.
- Ability to develop and execute **marketing strategies and growth plans**.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
