**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Associate located in Pune. As a Performance Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth through innovative and eNective marketing campaigns. You'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize online advertising eNorts, maximize ROI, and attract qualified leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Planning and Execution:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize ad targeting.
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and call-to-actions that drive conversions and engagement.
- Track and measure campaign performance using key metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI).
- Data Analysis and Optimization:

- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing to continuously optimize campaigns and improve performance.
- Leverage data analytics tools to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and preferences.
- Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular performance reports that summarize campaign results and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product) to share insights and align marketing efforts.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends:

- Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
- Continuously learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tools to stay competitive

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of paid search, social media advertising, and display advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant marketing platforms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
