**About the job**

The “Client Success Executive” works closely with customers to understand their business objectives and coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Product, Marketing,Development) to ensure that we are providing amazing service experiences along with a great product for our customers.

As a Client Success Executive, you will report to the Client Success Manager and will support the adoption, retention and growth of our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- Take a high volume of outbound calls with a friendly and positive voice, give precise and correct information about the query to the customer and work towards meeting the daily targets.
- Update and process information accurately into the system.
- Resolve Customer problems in a timely manner and stick to the defined SLA.
- Take Ownership & Deliver on Customer commitments
- Liaise with other departments within the process in the event a customer call/query cannot be resolved at first point of contact.
- Clear Communication - during all conversations with Customers, uses simple English or other regional languages, that delivers information and solutions in an easy manner.
- Professional Focus - demonstrates a high level of personal and professional integrity when dealing with Customers. Treats all customers with empathy and respect and consideration.
- Ability to solve problems look for solutions aligned to Customers perspective and deliver on all commitments
- Teamwork consistently works together, trust in each other, and engage in constructive conversations for the good of the group.

- Experience working independently and scoping/executing high-quality deliverables are a must

Working Hours: 8 Hours ( Mon to Sat )

Job Mode: Remote, Onsite

Salary : 2,40,000 L to 3,00,000 L per annum based on Experience, Skills and knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
