
Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instance. Working closely with Sales, Service and Marketing teams, the administrator will identify, develop, and deploy their needs to administer and enhance the system accordingly.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Oversee the whole deployment and release management process.
- Serve as a primary system administrator for the Salesforce environment.
- Handle all basic administrative functions including review of Salesforce releases.
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and see the changes through to implementation
- Improve existing processes using existing Salesforce apps and utilities
- Understand and improve existing Salesforce integrations with other platforms, both internal and external
- Manage Salesforce release cycle, determine how to make best use of new tools and inform the user community of functionality
**Requirements**:
- Certified Salesforce Admin, additional certifications preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Experienced in Copado deployment process.
